It all began with a question: am I where I’m meant to be?

My own career began in the insurance industry, after which I transitioned into technology, people management & HR, and eventually cybersecurity. I have a soft spot for career changers, mainly because I am one.

In the last decade, I’ve spent time not only discovering my own career path, but I’ve honed the craft of helping others find theirs too. From technical recruiting to running coding bootcamps, I’ve worked with everyone from fresh high school grads to career veterans to help them identify what’s missing and recalibrate their path toward professional fulfillment. If you choose to work with me, I can promise not only that you’ll get to know yourself better, but you’ll be able to show employers your best self too.

I started this business back in March 2019 to help people find work they love, and that’s what I’ve been doing ever since.

Caitlin is a previously certified HR professional, receiving her SHRM-CP certification in February 2021. She has 10+ years of experience working in recruiting, HR, and operations at staffing agencies, digital agencies, and career accelerators. She currently lives in Providence, RI with her husband Matt Potter, and adopted kitty Jasper. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, doing pottery, playing video games, and trying new restaurants and breweries around town.

“Insist on yourself; never imitate. Your own gift you can present every moment with the cumulative force of a whole life's cultivation; but of the adopted talent of another you have only an extemporaneous half possession.”
